Today June 5, 2020, would have been Breonna Taylor’s 27th Birthday. But having been hit by 8 bullets that were shot into her body by Kentucky police officers, in her apartment, which they forcefully entered, while looking for persons that were not in her home, Breonna Taylor died on March 13, 2020. Never to see this day, through no fault of her own and for crimes she never committed.
But an additional tragedy in this tragic demise of this promising emergency medical professional is the fact that her killers have never been charged with the crime of murdering her in cold blood. Unfortunately, no one was there to record a viral video that could have caught the world’s attention about her gruesome killing. Therefore, the murder of Breonna Taylor remains unresolved, as no charges have been pressed on her killers.
Please honor Breonna Taylor for her 27th Birthday that she did not live to witness, by saying a prayer for her and her family and then add your voice to ask for #JusticeforBreonnaTaylor.
