Again, through her savage jungle errand girl Sylvia Olayinka Blyden, aka Ooman Arata, First Lady of Sierra Leone Mrs. Fatima Maada Bio, continues to enlist more people into her mob to attack my family.
Today, August 23, 2023, I awoke to a call from my family in Bo City that another set of five individuals from the Bo City Council were at our family home again, asking for tax payments, just like the four men did when they showed up yesterday (see my post on 8.22.23).

Today’s spokesperson for the group is a Bo City Council police officer, Mr. Patrick Bangura. Two women and two men accompanied Mr. Bangura, and we only know them by their first names: Isata, Lucinda, Swaray, and Bundica.
When my family told Mr. Bangura that his colleagues were there yesterday and got the payment receipt, he clarified that he and the others were there to collect 2023 tax payments. My family told him we have yet to receive the tax bill for 2023. Mr. Bangura said Keilly, a City Council police officer, requested and received the 2023 tax bill a few days ago.
But who is Mr. Keilly? Why was our house tax bill given to him? Mr. Bangura stated that Mr. Keily told him he “had an interest in the house.” He did not explain what he meant by “interest.” Mr. Bangura also stated that my name is indicated as “occupant” on their paperwork; therefore, he believed I was not the house owner. We can all see where Mrs. Bio wants to take this matter.
Another question is if Mr. Bangura had already given the 2023 tax bill to Mr. Keilly, as a man with an “interest” in the house, why did Mr. Bangural come to the house with such a mob to ask for payment of a bill he already gave to someone else who is not in our family?
Upon my family’s insistence that Mr. Keily was not our family member, nor did we know him, Mr. Bangura returned to his office to bring us the 2023 tax bill. Upon receiving the bill, my family paid Mr. Bangura (see photo below).

This whole drama for a tax bill of less than $50 is almost laughable, even though it is not funny, because lives are adversely affected by this shenanigan orchestrated by Mrs. Fatima Maada Bio through her errand girl Sylvia Olayinka Blyden. My aunt, one of the house’s occupants, is old and has hypertension. She has lived in that house for over thirty years and has never witnessed a mob of City Council officials coming to the house to collect tax payments. This harassment and intimidation of my family by Mrs. Fatima Maada Bio’s mob officials is causing a lot of anxiety for her and the children in the house. As much as I am trying to calm them down, even the children in the house are starting to feel that the worst is yet to come.
