SIERRA LEONE PRESIDENT PARDONED A KILLER & REVOKED JUSTICE FOR THE VICTIM

The killer’s name is Mbaimba Moiforay and goes by the nickname LA Chocolate or LAC. He was convicted and sentenced to death in 2015 for his ritualistic killing of a popular young man Sydney Buckle Jr. also known as DJ Cleff. Before then LAC was known for his ritualist, juju, or black magic practices, and his clients were rich and affluent Sierra Leoneans, including politicians. He dressed flamboyantly and lived luxuriously with no known profession or legitimate job.

After serving only 6 years of his death sentence, President Maada Bio, who became president in 2018, pardoned LAC on January 1, 2022, along with more than 150 other prisoners from the maximum-security Pademba Road prison. By pardoning and prematurely releasing this convicted killer, President Bio revoked the justice that the court had served for the murder of DJ Cleff. The parents of DJ Cleff were never informed of the plan to pardon their son’s killer; they and the rest of Sierra Leone were in shock upon hearing the news.

After his release, LAC took no cover, he was everywhere, in-person social events and on social media. He was provided with a uniformed army bodyguard, he was seen in videos counting huge amounts of money, he was also seen in a photo celebrating his release at the home of the Sierra Leone minister of justice, as well as the minister of information. All this was to show how well he is connected to the politicians and people in high power.

Two weeks after his release, with much criticism by the people of Sierra Leone regarding the president’s choice of a cold-blooded killer for his presidential pardon, President Bio retracted his pardon. The people of Sierra Leone expected LAC to return to prison; however, we learned that LAC had left Sierra Leone, with everyone’s suspicion that he did so with the help of his politician friends.

This dangerous killer is now in the West Africa corridor hiding in plain sight. He recently released a video giving a tour of the luxury home he is currently living. He has been actively interacting with people through live social media videos, yet the government of Sierra Leone claims his whereabouts are unknown.

Therefore, we find it necessary, as a fight for justice for the murdered DJ Cleff, to bring this to the world’s attention.

LAC is a dangerous killer and will always be a killer. He shows no remorse. He maims and sucks the blood out of his victim. He uses body parts for his juju, black magic, vudu. That is what he does for a living.

He is suspected to be in Ghana or Nigeria and preparing to flee to the United States or Europe.

    This murderer is a gangster which means the government officials are members too! There is no power in juju.
